Armoured Vehicle Sale Regulations

Some armoured vehicle sales are subject to Australian Government and International Regulations which may include the US International Traffic in Arms Regulations [ITARs].

The extent to which Regulations may apply depends on the particular product, the purchaser, the intended use and the Government jurisdiction of the purchaser and the Government where the use is intended.

Purchasers may be required to enter into undertakings regarding use, servicing and on-sale of equipment.

The most effective way to enquire about supply of vehicles is to provide all relevant purchaser details and the required vehicle performance and levels of Blast and Ballistic protection.

The number of vehicles requested is important and may impact on the up-front development payments where there is extensive design, modification or testing required.
